Brad Hostetler is a graduate of Ball State University and has 15 years of experience in the construction industry. In 2017, Brad joined the Citizens Energy Group team as a construction manager where he manages all new water and sewer construction for the private development team. He is an avid outdoorsman and competes regionally in bass fishing tournaments across the Midwest.

Pam has over 32 years in the construction industry with the last 25 years served with AECOM Hunt. Pam is responsible for business development initiatives for the entire Central Region for all market sectors that include Aviation, Convention Centers, Hospitality, Health Care, Education, Sports, and so much more. She establishes, builds, and maintains client relationships before, during, and after award of project. Pam is involved on multiple association boards and committees, in addition to serving / supporting various charity organizations.

Christopher Burke Engineering
Unique has been an integral part of the Burke team for more than 18 years. Beginning as a project assistant, she became intimately familiar with the ins and outs of project requirements and management. As an inspector in the construction engineering department, Unique draws on her administrative experience to provide detail-oriented inspection and observation services for multiple clients. She regularly performs public outreach, project coordination, materials testing, construction layout, quantity measurement and project documentation, in addition to conducting preconstruction meetings.

Joe Nagy is a project engineer for Citizens Energy Group where he manages the design and construction of water distribution and wastewater collection capital projects. Joe graduated from IUPUI with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Indiana.

Ms. Walker, EI has 14 years of experience in the construction industry, with two years of experience in road design. Ms. Walker has all required INDOT inspection and testing certifications and has consistently exceeded both the LPA and INDOT expectations on these types of projects. Ms. Walker’s work experience includes both design and inspection experience involving roadway reconstruction and rehabilitation, bridge construction/repair, new road construction, storm sewer improvements, resurfacing, guardrail installation, trail construction, signing, utility coordination, and lighting.

Louis Caito has been a part of Christopher B. Burke Engineering's (CBBEL) construction engineering team for more than a decade. He has worked with various clients, providing both part- and full-time construction inspection services on a wide range of projects such as dam improvements, stream restorations, street improvements, and large tunnel projects. A Purdue grad and avid football fan, Louis enjoys the challenge of working closely with clients, contractors, and construction teams to deliver projects that are done well and done right.

Mike Flanagan is a lead geotechnical engineer with over 13 years of professional experience and he is involved in a wide range of geotechnical, transportation, and heavy civil construction projects. Mike's experience has provided him with a broad understanding of design and construction issues concerning: railways, tunnels, bridges, roadways, foundations, earthwork, retaining structures, slope stability, and pavements.

Mike Kienholz

Mike Kienholz is from Indianapolis and has worked in commercial construction for close to 20 years. Mike has a broad experience base in vertical construction including laboratory, medical, industrial, institutional, K-12 and retail. Mike recently spent 8 ½ years as the Construction Manager for one of the largest privately held development firms in the country and made the move to Forza Commercial Real Estate in late 2022 where he leads Forza’s Construction and Development teams.

Jeff is an attorney practicing primarily in construction law and general civil litigation. He has experience representing individuals and businesses across the construction industry (owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, surveyors, etc.) in a wide range of construction-related claims, including: design/construction defect claims; performance/payment disputes; lien actions; breach of contract claims; professional liability claims; personal injury claims (job-site injuries, slip-and-falls, car accidents); defamation claims; breach of non-compete/confidentiality agreement claims; and environmental compliance/site cleanup claims. When not representing clients, Jeff spends most of his time at home in Westfield, Indiana with his wife, two energetic young kids, and one ungrateful old cat.

Jeremy Morris

Jeremy Morris serves as Burke’s director of construction engineering. His department is responsible for construction resident engineering along with planning, analysis, constructability review and design of civil engineering projects. Jeremy oversees the department through resident engineering duties including engineering inspection and observation, project coordination, materials testing, construction layout, quantity measurement and project documentation as required by the owner, as well as civil engineering design on private and public works construction projects. He is passionate about the recreational potential of our waterways, which is why he works hard to maintain their safety and beauty.
